All artworks and products sold by Deeartify Studio are original, handcrafted creations. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

 

 

All pre-ordered artworks and products are made-to-order.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once confirmed.

 

 

Due to the nature of handcrafted and customized art:

•No returns are accepted.

•No exchanges are permitted.

•All sales are final.

 

Shipping (Domestic & International)

 

Deeartify Studio offers domestic and international shipping.

•Shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

•Delivery dates will be as per the commitment shared by Deeartify Studio.

•International delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier services.

 

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders shall be borne by the customer.

 

 

All artworks are securely packed for safe transit. In the rare event of damage:

•Customers must notify Deeartify Studio within 24 hours of delivery.

•Clear unboxing photos and videos are mandatory for review.

Resolution or replacement will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

Slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to screen differences and the handmade process. These are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

 

 

Estimated delivery timelines (including international shipments) will be shared during order confirmation and fulfilled as per the committed schedule. Delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refunds.

 

 

All artworks, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Deeartify Studio and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

 

 

All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

 

 

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of India.
